Our top priority at Heavy Iron Equipment is your satisfaction and we strive for you to be fully content with the equipment you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with how your unit runs, we provide a hassle-free return policy.

You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your unit. During this time, you are allowed to use the machine for up to 50 hours and still qualify for a return. If you wish to return the machine, please inform us before 5 p.m. MT on the 7th day after receiving it.

If you inform us of your dissatisfaction with the machine within 7 days of delivery, we will respond to your concerns within 72 hours. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this time-frame, we will refund the full amount you paid and cover the cost of returning the machine to us.
